I am a retired manager for the County of San Diego where I worked for 25 years in various health and human services departments. I have a passion for helping to improve how government works. Now that I am retired, I relish this opportunity to be hands-on, serving the people of Ocean Beach and being part of the Loaves and Fishes team that supports the dignity of everyone who seeks assistance
